A: If you don't have photos, we can take them for you. You can request your photos to be burned onto a disc and sent to you at no additional cost. Photos and information about your property are put onto your Web site with your own Web address. You exact address may not be available, but we can suggest an alternative Web address. You can put the link wherever you advertise your property-print ads, emails, sign in front of your house, brochures, Craigslist...etc.

Q: What if I am a For Sale By Owner and I decide hire a realtor to market my property?
A: You and your realtor can use the Web site. Our packages include editing time and we can ad your realtors contact information to the Web site.

Q: How does the site work if I am a realtor?
A: You can include the link in your ads and on a sign at the seller's property. Unique sites are a great listing tool because you are offering a service that many realtors do not use. We can also attach the MLS .pdf brochure to your Web site.

Q: What if I change the price or my contact information changes?
A: Our packages include 30 minutes of editing time and we can ad your realtors contact information to the Web site. We will make every attempt to do same day edits, but production resources may require up to 72 hours. If you know you will have changes coming up, please let us know, so we can put it in our queue.

Q: How can I get a sign on my house?
A: There are online companies as well as local home improvement stores that sell "for sale" signs. For your individual rider, you can easily make a rider by putting lettering on the sign with the Web address. Stick-on lettering is available at many hardware and office supply stores.

Q: What if my property doesn't sell by the Web site hosting contract is up?
A: You can renew for a designated time.

Q: What do I need to do to prepare my home for photos?
A: The key is to unclutter and depersonalize your home as much as possible. You want your property to look clean, bright, neat and roomy.

Q: What kind of customization is available for the site?
A: In order to keep the cost down, the template is the same for all sites. The primary purpose of your site is to have an easy to use simple site with photos that showcase your property. Hopefully your need for a Web site is very temporary and you sell your property in a short amount of time. The sites are mostly neutral colors and you may select a highlight color. If you have brochure that you want us to put on your site, we can include it as long as your brochure is a Word, Publisher or PDF document.

Q: What if I already have photos?
A: As long as you are satisfied with the photos and they are in .jpeg format, we can build your site. You would need to send your photos to us on a disc or by email.

Q: Can I get a Web site if I live out of your area?
A: Of course. However, you will need to supply the photos.

Q: Do you also make flyers?
A: We can design flyers for an additional fee.
